For a lot of guests at ESTO 2026, the evening included a first: stepping onto a 360 Photo Booth and watching the camera sweep around them.

Within seconds, the questions—“Where do I look?” and “What should we do?”—turned into spins, poses, laughter, and friends cheering from just outside the platform. That energy made the ESTO 2026 Awards Dinner & Celebration at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown feel even more alive.

MC2 Photo Booth created the three-hour 360 experience for this U.S. Travel Association event, alongside the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau and Visit Pennsylvania. The result was an easy-to-join activation that gave destination-marketing professionals a memorable piece of their Philadelphia evening to take with them.

A 360 Photo Booth experience built for the room

The awards celebration already had a festive atmosphere, so the activation did not need to compete with the evening. It needed to match it.

Guests chose their props, stepped onto the platform, and created smooth, mobile-friendly videos while the camera moved around them. Some arrived with a complete routine. Others took a cue from their friends. Either way, the experience was quick to understand and fun to watch—even for people waiting nearby.

We are always surprised by how many guests tell us it is their first time using a 360 Photo Booth. That first reaction is part of the fun: a little uncertainty at the start, followed almost immediately by, “Can we do that again?”

America 250-inspired props made it feel unmistakably Philadelphia

With America’s 250th anniversary approaching—and Philadelphia playing such an important role in the celebration—the red, white, and blue details felt right at home.

America 250-inspired props helped guests lean into the theme without making the experience feel overly formal. Paired with ESTO 2026, PHLCVB, and Visit Pennsylvania branding, the setup felt timely, local, and connected to the larger event.

For MC2, it was also an exciting moment in our continued growth across the Philadelphia market. This crowd reminded us what makes the city such a strong event destination: people were welcoming, energetic, and ready to participate.

Three hours of momentum—and content guests wanted to share

The 360 Photo Booth ran from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. During that focused window, the activation produced:

  • 25 guest sessions

  • 22 finished videos

  • 44 direct shares

  • 125 gallery views

The numbers are encouraging, but they are only part of the story. Around the platform, guests gathered, cheered one another on, compared videos, and found an easy reason to connect.

That is what a strong event activation should do: feel effortless to join, entertaining to watch, and worth remembering after the room clears.

Why a 360 Photo Booth works for conferences and corporate events

A 360 Photo Booth is more than a camera circling a platform. When the experience fits the audience and the event theme, it becomes entertainment, a conversation starter, and a content engine at the same time.

For conferences, awards dinners, association gatherings, and destination events, a well-planned 360 activation can:

  • Give attendees an easy reason to interact

  • Create branded, mobile-friendly video content

  • Reinforce the event theme through props and visual design

  • Add energy to receptions and transition periods

  • Give guests something personal to share afterward

The ESTO 2026 Awards Dinner & Celebration brought all of those pieces together in one lively Center City evening.
